Polyco Healthline is one of the UK’s leading manufacturers and distributors of protective and hygiene products, supplying PPE, hand protection, disposable gloves, and workplace safety solutions across multiple sectors, including healthcare, food service, and industrial environments.

Our journey with Polyco began eight years ago when Kiwi Commerce was entrusted to build its first digital presence. We developed their initial eCommerce platform on Adobe Commerce (Magento 1), helping the brand successfully transition from traditional offline operations to a modern, scalable online business.

As the brand expanded, we implemented extensive custom development, third-party integrations, and automation within Adobe Commerce to streamline complex B2B workflows, improve order management, and enhance overall site performance. When Magento 1 reached its end of life, Kiwi Commerce led a complete migration from their previous platform to Adobe Commerce (Magento 2), building the site from scratch to ensure a faster, more secure, and scalable foundation.

During this process, we also migrated data with legacy system seamlessly, ensuring no disruption to operations, and integrated the Akeneo PIM solution to centralise product information management across multiple channels.
